After exploring what the Dream means to most of the Sansha podders and the goals of the White Rose Society and its allies, I’ve decided to return to focusing on my research & exploration corporation, Ecliptic Rift.
That doesn’t mean that I specifically reject the Sansha Dream. While I dream of a New Eden where the advances of technology allow all intelligences to flourish on their own without interference from others, the Sansha Dream includes a strong and secure (albeit peaceful) Nation. I just can’t support the sort of concentration of power that a nation requires.
So I consider myself, if not (strictly speaking) an ally of the Sansha, at least someone whose dreams run in similar technical directions — just not political ones. I’d participate in research and exploration operations with Sansha-loyal pilots, as I would with those of most factions in New Eden, but I won’t fight for the re-establishment and re-building of their Nation or anyone else’s.
