Unless you have cronjob access with your host, in that case you use the cronjob script that comes with the API mod. Just look them up on the eve-dev forums for all technical info. For the IGB, there is a module also. Haven't used it myself but I think it comes as default. If not then you might have to look it up on the forums and install it. Under post permissions and post options you can find the stuff for the last thing you want to do, although I am not sure you can make the viewing totally private. I can't find it at least. The only solution to that I can think off is putting a password on the entire website. But your host might not allow you to do that either. Maybe there is a mod for it as well? I highly recommend pulling the latest and greatest from SVN. Setting up corp feeds and API are also pretty easy. Just poke around the Admin menus and it should be readily apparent.
