Knife in the Throat

NB: The following represents my weak attempt to meld the Japanese poetic form of tanka with the Norse elements I find so strongly prevalent in the Minmatar. I based the content loosely on the factional warfare mission “Knife in the Throat”. Image credit where my name is via Flickr.

Battle-god’s dagger
Flashing down from the heavens
Forged from tribal wrath
Pointed at the throat of hounds
Silencing them with their blood

    On the subject of EVE poetry, noticed recently on Ironfleet’s site, they’ve got a pretty hefty/epic poem dedicated to a war I assume they were a part of. A little less abstract than yours but interesting nonetheless: http://www.ironfleet.com/sing-muse-of-flaring-wrath/
