Portrait Change

So, when I originally created Casiella over two years ago, I hadn’t spent nearly enough time with the character creator. I played for a few minutes, created a cute tech girl, and moved on into the game.

I should probably have spent more time with it, because lately I’ve really wanted to give her a good update. So after many trials, I finally came up with something I liked. Then my lovely RL wife sat down with me, made a few suggestions, and we came up with something new.

I can’t believe CCP actually charges 10 USD for this, but suckers like me probably convince them to keep doing it.

    I’ve changed my avatar piccy 3 times now, though not entirely by choice. The character creation screen used to crash if spent too long on an avatars features meaning any revision had to be done quickly.

    I trust they have fixed this now, but it did mean that my first was rubbish, the second improved and the third the final.

    My character portrait has an odd background, and I have always wanted to change it, but not for 10$.

    It was when I finished the character creation and came into the game that the background image sort of looked different than in the editor.

    I’ll hang on to Incarna and get a change for free :)
